Yes there is an easy feature mostly used in Ms. Officer and that is F4 command which is used to repeat last command.



  • Do any action i.e change color of text in (Ms. Word, Excel or PowerPoint)
  • Select any other text.
  • Just press F4 button on key board.
  • Look color has been change of selected text.
